Incorporated in 1975, the Meadowdale Hills POA, 4 miles east of Estes Park, Colorado, in Larimer County, encompasses 160 properties with 142 owners.
Our association overlooks the Hermit Park Open Space to the south and is bordered by the Arapahoe/Roosevelt National Forest on the north and east, with stunning views of Longs Peak and the front range.
Our membership has changed from mostly summer residents in small cabins to mostly year-round residents in family homes. But whether people are here for a few months, or throughout the year, we all agree: this is a great place to live!
